Chris & Sam & Little Lambeau

I am really excited about this session and I am so happy with how everything came together! Awhile back I asked for couples who would be willing to model for me so I can have some for my portfolio and to keep things fresh. Sam and her boyfriend, Chris, volunteered! I asked that the couples be madly in love and these two are:)Sam is so sweet and gosh is she beautiful!! Made my job so easy haha! Chris is such an awesome guy too. Most guys aren’t that excited about pictures, but Chris was down for anything I suggested and was just so nice about it! I told him he needs to teach a class on how guys should act during a session because he had it all together! Sam if you are reading this, he is a keeper! Just sayin:)From the location, the outfits, to the emotions, I love everything about this shoot and I am proud of it! Check it out and leave them some love!

New friends, Undiscovered Talent, and A New Secret Spot

Meet Tyler and Zach. They are best friends, business partners, and they are super handsome:)Check out their rendering business HERE! They are also my new friends and it has been fun getting to know them the past few weeks. I always have a little, ok a big fear, of posing men. I am just not used to it, so I wanted to practice.  Tyler and Zach seemed like good guys to practice but when we started shooting, I realized we have some legit models on our hands. I say our because my trusty assistant Hana came too! Anyway I am in love with how these turned out and we had so much fun hanging out in a new photo location. I must say it wasn’t hard to edit these:)

The light! Love it! I think I kept saying beautiful while shooting these two. I wasn’t referring to you Tyler!

The Nohling Brothers

This post and these pictures are super special to me. These are my brothers all in one place ; happy, healthy, and together. That is a rare thing these days. The Nohling family is going through a lot of changes and I wanted to take pictures of them together. To document the stage of life we were in before it all changed.  Who knows when we will all be in Illinois again. Nick, my older brother, has recently moved to New York City. Nate will be moving to Minnesota in a few days as well.  So you can see why these mean a lot to me. I have such a great family and my brothers are so amazing. We are all so different, all a little crazy, but that is just us:)Love these guys so much! 

 

This one makes me laugh. It is just them. That is the smirk that Nick always makes when he teases Nate and I love it haha

Becky | Headshots

Are you ready for some gorgeousness? Is that a word?

Anyway many of you have seen Becky before on my blog! She is a stunner and I love her dearly! This time she needed some new headshots for some cool things she is planning. I jumped at the chance because I LOVE shooting with Becky. She is so graceful and a natural poser. She barely takes any direction and nails emotion in pictures. I also love that she gets just as excited as me!! We have to stop between takes and just do a little scream and I love that about her. She is going places so watch out world!

Vince & Kate

Ahh I am so excited to share these!!! Meet Vince and Kate! They are recently married, madly in love, and are so cute!! I have known these two since high school. It has been really cool to watch from afar how they both have come to love the Lord and fall in love with each other as well.  They are one of those couples that you just look at and cannot help but smile because their love is so beautiful. Shooting married couples is also fun for me because there is this sense of ease to it. They know so much about each other and are easy to pose because there isn’t an awkwardness. If that makes sense not sure haha. Just know that I love these two and we had a blast at this shoot:)I am proud of these so check them out!
