2nd Shooter for Lauren Wakefield

When I got an email from Lauren asking if I wanted to 2nd shoot for her I was so honored she asked me and a little shocked actually! Every time I have been with Lauren I have been a hot mess. I met her through a photographer meet up (through Showit my website provider). The first time we met was in Chicago at her house. Now I had been to the city by myself but was sure I could handle it no problem. Wrong. I showed up at her house sweaty, confused, and freaking out that I was about to be murdered. Great first impressionBut at the wedding I told Lauren that she seriously challenges me to go out of my comfort zone. Whether it is going to the city by myself, traveling to La Grange and not getting lost, it is good for me. She joked that up next would be for me to drive to the city. We will see about that! Lauren was so great to work with at Alex and Catherine’s wedding and I learned a ton from her! It is so fun being able to 2nd shoot for some amazing photographers! The wedding was also gorgeous and the bride and groom were an awesome couple!
